Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no database, sets no cookies, and runs no advertising or tracking pixels. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the fields you filled in: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, budget band, the services you ticked, and your message. Nothing is collected if you simply browse the site.

Why we have it

To answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a project. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list. You will not receive a newsletter or an automated follow-up sequence because you filled in a form.

Who else sees it

One service. The form is handled by Formspree, which receives your submission, emails it to us, and keeps a copy in our account there. Their privacy policy governs what they do with it on their infrastructure. Formspree also runs automated spam filtering on submissions.

Beyond that, your enquiry sits in our email. If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation lives in WhatsApp and is governed by Meta's privacy terms — use email or the form if you'd rather it didn't. If we work together, project communication may involve the tools that work requires, and we'll be specific about those in the agreement.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from Google at page load, so browsing here doesn't announce your visit to a third party.

If we add analytics, it will be a cookieless, aggregate-only tool that does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites, and this page will say so before it goes live.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within two years. Records relating to actual client work are kept as long as tax and contractual obligations require, then deleted.

Your choices

Email us at iammanthanreddy@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We'll do it, and we won't make you fill in a form to request it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we'd honour the request either way.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We don't backdate revisions.
