Most small-business websites fail in one of two ways. Either they were built once in 2019 by somebody's cousin and have not been touched since, or they are a page on a builder platform that loads in six seconds and cannot be found on Google. Both cost you enquiries every month without ever telling you.
This is the fix, and it is deliberately not a big project. A handful of pages that say clearly what you do, load fast on a phone on a patchy connection, and have the enquiry paths people actually use — a WhatsApp button, a click-to-call number, directions to your shop. The search basics go in at build time rather than being sold to you again later as SEO.
If what you need is genuinely bigger — logins, dashboards, bookings, payments — say so on the call and we will point you at Web Apps instead. We would rather build you the right thing than upsell you the expensive one.
